How can I purchase applications from a Goranda Systems?
For people living in Ethiopia
1. Select the app you want to buy first. If you live in Ethiopia you cannot buy from the online world, so you need to download the apps you want.
2. When you launch the app, you will be prompted to enter access code. This is a code that you buy from us to use the application without limitation. This code will be generated based on your phone's international Identification code (IMEI). Our App can read the IMEI number of the application itself, or you can easily get by dialing *#06#.
3. Once you get your IMEI number, you should pay the amount requested on the app to this Bank Account stated on the app.
4. After you processed the payment you should send your full name, Applications names you purchased and your phone’s IMEI to us via this number (+251901008562) or by e-mail support@goranda.com .
5. We will send you the Access Code (Activation Code) within 6 hours after confirming your full name and payment details. The app starts working when you enter the Access Code we sent to you.
Note:
- Activation Code can only be used for a phone. This only means for single IMEI number. If you want to buy for more than one phone, you should send the IMEI of each phone and pay your order for each phone.
- Don’t forget to keep (save) your Access Code(s) in a safe place. If your phone is formatted, it will allow you to open the app again when you install the application.
- If you lose your phone or you buy another phone or change it, you will have a chance to claim new code for about two times. But you can't request more than two. If so you will need to get (purchase) new key. We did this because we don’t have a system to verify that your request is genuine. This problem is only for people living in Ethiopia. But for those who live abroad, If you lose your phone, you can download and use it from playstore without extra cost.
- You can buy multiple apps at the same time.
- Once your app gets activated, the access key allows you to use unlimited time seamlessly. You can update the app regularly, as we update it.
